MOOD: Fine. MUSE: Okay WORDS: 340 TAGGED: Delphia Jones OTHER: Nothing else. Him and Harmony are out. <3 ROGER JAMES OWENSHe had been transferred to this school only a day prior. New schools were probably his least favorite thing, mostly because everyone stared at you like you were an obstacle on display. Roger sighed and leaned back on the fountain, the marble felt cool beneath his hands. His fingers traced over the stone and his eyes gazed up at the clouds and the sky, waiting and watching to see if something... anything... would happen. Lately he found that he was missing his old friends. His old girlfriend, from back home. Even her annoying nick-name of Wog-wog was something he was beginning to miss hearing.
Sure, he cared for the girl, but love was something he didn't feel anymore. Not since Delphia. He had to stop thinking about her, he really did. In his right hand, was a dog's leash, a border collie. The creature nudged his hand with her head before tugging on the leash, demanding that they moved. So he sighed and pushed himself away from the fountain. "Come on, Harmony. Let's go for that walk I promised you, girl." He whispered, looking down at the dog. She was the only thing he truly loved anymore. After losing his first love and his child... well there was nothing he could hold onto in this world, except for Harmony, his beloved dog.
The man let out a soft cough as he continued onward with his patient dog before him. He held the black leash in his hand and made his way between the trees with his bright blue eyes casted toward the ground. It was time to start over... time to move on again. The way someone expected him to. The way it was expected that he did. Even though it didn't seem fair. It never seemed fair that he had lost everything so young. That he had been so willing to start over on a life that he had not truly understood. And yet, here he was, vampire extraordinaire. And one of one hundred and seventy-eight years of age. Though it was a nice day and pleasant enough as her brown eyes looked at the shining sun through the window getting covered by soft clouds that would block its rays from time to time. It was interesting for her to think that it was the same sun that was in the sky long ago. The only other thing she expected to still be alive from her time yet her only friend left and the moon of course with its full moonlight nights sometimes. I wonder if you still smell the ray of the sun that it smells like bread. She poked her head through the wall letting her self phase through it. Looking up at the sky and pointing her nose, sniffed three times. She smiled as it did still smell like bread...at least to her it did. Her smile faded as the though of Roger came to mind and the though of her baby. She disliked that she herself was losing hope on seeing either of them again. The facts of a normal humans life time always reared its ugly head and she would normally but then she would double thing for a moment....that perhaps they could of died long ago. Letting herself phase through the floors of the academy and finally stopped at the ground floor watching someone walk through as a reminder that she was letting herself be un see able and seeing the border collie as it was pretty cute. Yet not a cat with there mysterious ways and how they can appear and attack your or cuddle with you when cold.
As she walked over to the fountain and was amazed a the marble as she always thought it was a pretty stone but often forgetting what it was called and usually blurted some random stone to not sound stupid. Looking at the water and then the thought of her love and her baby came to mind and the thought that she never even knew if it was a girl or boy or to even name it. A bit of anger flickered in her when she saw some teenage girl near the fountain ignoring what seemed to be her boyfriend. Delphia walked to the girl and whispered letting herself be heard only to the girl." Don't ignore your loved ones....you don't know how long you have." Then she splashed a hand of water at the girls phone and just seeing her confusion made her hope that she get the point. Angrily a bit she drifted away and saw the person with the dog and attempted to walk through them expecting to phase through but she bumped into the guy and made herself visible and making herself seen and allowing herself be seen." Watch were your going please."

MOOD: Fine. MUSE: Okay WORDS: 284 TAGGED: Delphia Jones OTHER: Nothing else. Him and Harmony are out. <3 ROGER JAMES OWENSAs he walked along, Roger crossed his arms over his chest, lost in thought. About all the things that he missed, that he had missed. Without his true love and his child. He missed having a family, a real family. While he had succeeded in his promise to Delphia, their child, Elizabeth had never lived to see it. And he felt guilt for that. But the sickness that had taken her life was something he could not fight. He gave everything he had to try, took her to several doctors, but she had lost the fight in the end. And it had literally torn him apart. He remembered how much he missed his dear daughter to this day. And of course he missed Delphia. But would she understand what his life had been about recently.
Oof. He was knocked into by some random girl, someone who's face didn't register. His thoughts were too far gone. But her voice rang through. A voice calling to him from years ago. A voice that he had cherished, one that had played through his head for several years. The boy raised his head to look at her, spinning around to glance at her. And then to stare, his blue eyes not removing from her face. From her eyes. It couldn't be... he had searched so hard, prayed she had become something of this unnatural world, just so he could see her again. And here she was. Before him, bumping into him as if the world was playing some funny joke on the both of them.
"D-Delphia?" He whispered, limbs shaking. Beside him, Harmony was staring at the girl, wagging her tail and bumping her nose into Roger's hand. MADE BY DANNIMARIEEE of CAUTION 2.0

As she backed up a bit . Almost lost her balance but moving her arms enough to stable herself. She was about to utter something of a apology but then she saw a face that braught a wave of memory. The last face she had seen before she died a handsome face with his cute blue eyes and dark black hair. She had missed that face as she spent so long remembering every detail she could possibly keep in her mind for those long years without it to remind her. Her lip quivered ever so slightly when trying to think of words.” R-roger…” She paused and swallowed some air even though she didn’t since she didn’t need to breath.” I-is ..that..you?”
She tilted her head a bit almost in disbelief as she had feelings that he had long been lost with some hope that he had become part of the unnatural world she had been brought into after her death. Taking slow steps she looked into his eyes trying too see if she was merely seeing things. Lifted her arm and felt her fingers touch his cheek. And then going up and feeling his black hair in joy hidden in silence and surprise.” I’m not seeing things am I? “ Feeling a face she hadn't felt in a very long time....but then the thought of her baby came to mind and she wanted to ask...but feared that he or she could of died of old age and didn't become part of the unnatural world.

MOOD: Fine. MUSE: Okay WORDS: 327 TAGGED: Delphia Jones OTHER: Nothing else. Him and Harmony are out. <3 ROGER JAMES OWENSIt seemed impossible that Delphia was standing before him now. But as she reached up and touched his face, he couldn't help but smile as tears of joy came to his eyes. He didn't cry, not often. Only when the pain was too much to bear. But this time, it was for another reason. It was because before him stood his one true love, the one he had dreamed about for years, over one hundred years, missing her, wishing she was there. And now... after all this time; her she was. As her fingers trailed up into his hair and her eyes took in every inch of him, he smiled. A true smile, one that he had been scared to show for so long. And now it didn't even matter. None of it. Because she was here. "Yes! Yes it's me." He whispered, carefully drawing his hand to hers as if she would break and disappear when he touched her.
But he touched her hand and slowly wrapped his fingers around hers. She could hardly believe that she was here. He couldn't believe that she was here, not in the least. He gently closed his hand around hers and looked down at her. "Where have you been? Why has it taken so long? I had no idea... you are... what are you?" He suddenly paused, not sure what she was. She wasn't something bad, was she? He hoped not. He truly hoped not. His one hundred and fifty years as a vampire had taught him many things about this unknown world. But most of all, he had learned that vampires were not the favorite of this world. They were often hunted by other species because of how wicked some vampires had become.
He paused again and slowly lifted his free hand, touching her cheek, before running his fingers along her jaw, looking upon her beautiful face in joy. It seemed impossible that they were together right now. MADE BY DANNIMARIEEE of CAUTION 2.0

A real smile crept over her face when she heard him actualy speaking and it was enough of that far away voice she hadn’t heard in long while to make her believe. Feeling his fingers wrap around her’s made her truly happy. A tear snuck out of her eye and fell as she had noticed he had cried of joy like she did. Tightening her fingers around his when he asked what she was. It had been so long since she had wondered but she knew that she was a ghost….and that she had sawn a light that’s flickered but then it had been gone and she hadn’t been able to find him or her baby. She looked back up as she had looked down in thought. He was there…and that could mean many slow aging creatures but though it could also mean that he could be a ghost though she didn’t expected when she looked at the dog and thought of how odd it would have been for someone if they were un seeable to be walking a dog. She let her hand phase out of his grasp quickly before letting it grab it back not wanting to let go so soon. “ I ..Saw a flickering light…but then It was gone…I didn’t find you…I had searched for a you. And…” She stopped talking and didn’t want to mention asking of the baby and ruining her joy but she had too….she had to know…but perhaps not now.”…I t-thought you were dead.” Feeling his fingers trace her jaw and she gently wiped a tear that had been on his eye and looking into the blue eyes and getting lost in them. But then she had noticed a person that walked by and only saw Roger…touching something to them that wasn’t there. She lightly whispered.” They can’t see me right now…” She didn’t make herself visible to other people…but just Roger as most and all her focus was on her love that she hadn’t seen in a hundred years. ”What…are you?” She looked at him yet it was hard to guess what he could of become in the odd world. Yet she still hoped it wasn’t anything bad or horrible.

MOOD: Disappointed MUSE: Good WORDS: 393 TAGGED: Delphia Jones OTHER: Sorry it sucks, in the middle of something. ROGER JAMES OWENSRoger left his hand against her cheek, gently rubbing her cheek bone with his thumb. The man lowered his gaze to her eyes and merely stood there, listening. Hurting. "You couldn't... you lost the light? What the hell is that supposed to mean! You can't just lose the light..." He was talking rather rushed, irritation showing in his eyes. She had been alone all this time, and he had never known it. He felt guilt now, knowing that he had been with countless girls over the one hundred and fifty years that he had been alone. And she had been hopelessly searching for him. Praying that he was alive. And he had thought long ago that she was gone. The man slowly pulled away, crossing his arms over his chest. How could he tell her what he had been doing all these years? And their daughter.. oh their daughter.
"What do you mean they can't see you right now? Are you a ghost?" He finally asked, curiosity getting the best of him. He offered a smile, but a small one. He didn't know how to explain where he had been, what he had done. He had been selfish, had wanted the pain to go away. But he had been afraid of death. And now, as he looked back, he was glad he had not gone with that option. "I am a vampire." He whispered, leaning forward to speak as if he were trying to keep it a secret. He didn't know how many supernatural creatures were around and he didn't feel like subjecting him to the society, especially because he was so actively with the rebellion. He cleared his throat and then leaned back again before sighing.
"I..." He paused, not sure how touchy of a subject this would be. "I named her Elizabeth Delphia." He began, his jaw trembling as he spoke, his eyes welling with tears as the hurt began to come to him again. "She passed three weeks after you did, from scarlet fever." He whispered, closing his eyes and slowly leaning back to look at her. "And... I couldn't take the pain. So I... found a vampire. And he swore I wouldn't feel the pain afterward. But I do... And I still remember." He remembered every second without her, every second after he'd lost her. And he hated it. MADE BY DANNIMARIEEE of CAUTION 2.0

As his hand left her cheek and her brown eyes watch him cross his chest. She didn’t really know why she had saw a light flickering long ago and it disappearing after was a mystery. She thought maybe she wasn’t ready and she wasn’t meant to move one. Perhaps too much unfinished things too do. She looked away still in thought.” If I knew I would tell you….but it is possible Rodger.” She looked at him when he named what she is and she just nodded and made herself visible to everyone so it didn’t look like he was talking to no one. But that what she had been doing for the longest ….not talking to many and the few she did speak to were almost always to ask if they had seen Rodger. Guilt filled her a bit as there he was in front of her and she had doubts… not many but it still made her feel bad that she even thought he was gone.
`His smile made her feel at least somewhat better and she gave a smile back happy that he wasn’t weirded out by what she was but yet it was hard to be weirded by weird things when your brought into a world of weird. Hearing him say he was a vampire was surprising to her but yet she was slightly thinking that. Looking at him and wondering if that face could of killed. Knowing that the society provided feeders although she didn’t know if he was a rebel an didn’t follow that rules that she had learned long ago. Herself being mostly neutral when it came to the society as she walked a curvy line on the rules but never really ever stirring trouble.” Why would your become a vampire…were you attacked?”
His words he spoke hit her hard and she barely kept her lip from wobbling and wiping tears that formed little streams down her cheek. Wordless as she was having a mixture of emotions. The sadness of the now clarified that her baby had died…and only three weeks later. As a whirl of almost already expecting…that she was dead since it was so long ago and humans life’s seemed so short to her. Opening her arms hoping he would hug her before her legs gave out as the weight of the emotions where now more on her shoulders.” E-Elizabeth i-is a beautiful name.” Her tears welling up in her eyes and she didn’t want to stand anymore as the emotions were to strong now.

MOOD: Overjoyed MUSE: Good WORDS: 397 TAGGED: Delphia Jones OTHER: Sorry it sucks, in the middle of something. ROGER JAMES OWENSHe let out a sigh, the idea of her losing the light hurt him. He thought her pain had ended, her suffering was gone. But instead she was suffering the same way he had been: without her. And it had driven him to a certain kind of crazy, one that willingly allowed a vampire to take his mortal life. Yet as he looked back on the years, the only thing he regretted about this life was not having Delphia to share it with. In reality, he was actually quite happy as a vampire. Immortal, being frozen in time. Sure he had to move a lot, but other than that, he was able to live his life to the fullest and try all of the crazy things that he had never once believed would be possible. For instance, his small fortune the boy owned was enough to take him sky diving. Something he had never thought possible, falling through the sky with nothing to stop him but a piece of fabric. And yet, it had been done.
Delphia's words brought guilt to his face, and he looked down, ashamed. "No, I was not attacked. I let it happen." He whispered, sliding his hands down his chest and into his pockets. He felt bad that he had done such a thing, but without it, he wouldn't be able to share this moment with her right now. Roger let out a soft sigh as he looked into her eyes, seeing the tears that began in the corner of her eyes. He reached up to wipe the tears from from her face before wrapping his arms around her, pulling her close. "I hoped you would like it. I prayed every day that you would." He whispered, kissing the top of her head and merely holding her there.
"I have missed you so much, Delphia." He whispered, holding her closer than before, gently laying his chin against the top of her head. He closed his eyes as he held her for several moments, until she stopped shaking, until she pulled away. He didn't want to let go again. Never, ever, again. It seemed impossible that he had lost her all those years ago, because though it seemed like an eternity that they had seen each other. and now that Roger had her again he would be damned that he let go now. She was surprised that he had let himself become a vampire. But without it she wouldn’t be speaking to him now….he would be of hopefully saw the light and had been waiting for her at some white gates or whatever had been in the light that flickered in front of her around the time of her death. Looking at him with slight anger that he had done such a stupid thing that seemed to be horrible.” Why…why would you do that….what if I had been waiting for you….somewhere past the light!” She thought quickly and felt bad for her outburst…but she still imagined what it would have been like if she had accepted the light and waited for him….not like she had been now in her ghost self but had accepted the light and waited for that and it wouldn’t have happen if was a vampire….he would be on earth while she waited.
But that thought had been lost when she felt bad. She shouldn’t be judging him she should just be happy that she had him with he again. Hearing him say that she prayed about her liking the baby’s name. She honestly did and she kept resaying it in her head like a prayer loving ever sound you’d made with the words Elizabeth. Her choking on the words and tears near her eyes and slithering there way a bit into her mouth and the salty taste in her mouth as he held her. ”I would of called her Lizzy for short.” The words going with her slight heavy breathing as she realized that she had been breathing since it was a habit from time to time. As his kiss on her head soothed her in way that felt like if she was dancing in a field of soft pillows.
Her arms wrapped around him and hearing those words filled the pain slightly of the babies death since she still had him now.” I missed you…for so long.” She stopped her shaking and looked at his eyes…gazing in his wonderful blue eyes. Tilting her head she let her lips meet his. It had be too long since she felt his lips and yet it was a quick peck on his lips with a slight passionate way about it. Then she backed away feeling him not wanting to let go and she smiled wiping the tears that had wetted her cheeks.” Im not going anywhere soon.” She whispered slightly softly.
