matthew winter is a man of his word, he is kind and thoughtful and can usually be found with his nose in a book. he is the english teacher at the academy and has been for a year now, fresh out of college and happy to be making a difference in children’s lives. he has his fair share of enemies, some more so than others. he has a love-hate relationship with melissa and while he often pretends to hate her, he wouldn’t lie that he thought she was an attractive woman. he also has a lot of students pursuing him and showing a lot of interest in him. except he never had too much interest in them until a few months ago, a new student showed up at the academy, a brit and a beautiful one at that. now she’s got his world upside-down and he feels like he needs to help her out from her hidden troubles, but first he has to crack that shell of hers. will this man be able to crack the shell of the infamous dylan mazani or will she forever remain an enigma in his presence? | daren kagasoff |

ROBERT ___ JONES
human - age up to you - math teacher

robert jones is a strong man and pushes hard for what he believes in. he can often be found in his office helping out a student with their homework and he prefers to being able to help them. while he does not have a major role in this plot, robert jones will be killed by the students who are a part of the rebellion that attend the academy. they will be led by melissa bazar he will be mourned most by the students out of all the dead. robert knows about the creatures at the academy even though he is a human. he knows because he has lived within the academy walls for such a long time that he has been trusted by the children and the teachers. he attended the academy once upon a time and he loved it so much that he wanted to go back and become a teacher. robert does not have very many enemies at the academy because he is not a harsh teacher and will usually do his best to help out any student that comes his way. | james marsden |

MELISSA ___ BAZAR
dark angel - age up to you - science teacher

melissa has a lot of problems. she is a wonderful actress and can usually get herself of whatever she needs to. she has a strong hold of her power and has yet to never fault on it. she is a secret member of the rebellion which is very much forbidden because she has such an influence on students. she is the science teacher at the academy and works very hard to help students, but is often found visiting with the students that are part of the rebellion. she is the only one of the teachers that can tell the difference. she has a student lover of her own but always seems to find the time to scold matthew winter for his choices. while she often acts kind and sweet about it, she is doing it because she has the ulterior motive of she wants to be involved with matthew the same way that dylan is. dylan has become a problem for many of the teachers and students, and that is why she was chosen by melissa to be framed. | dianna argon |

EMILY ___ EXCEL
guardian angel - age up to you - history teacher

emily excel is the sweetest teacher there is. she is kind and helpful and often is working with students to help them in any subject, including science, math, and english. she works hard and loves what she does and is often known for being kind and sweet and innocent. but while she has her sweet and innocent side, she can become very angry if someone acts inappropriately in her class. while she is usually very hard to anger, if she is angry, it can be very scary for anyone who sees it. in this plot, emily is the one who stops melissa from killing devin malp, the principal of the academy. while she is not as strong in her powers as melissa is, she is liked by the other guardian angels more and therefore has the student guardian angels on her side when the fight comes along. she is still looking for her soul mate though, and hopes to meet him soon. she has always managed to have a lot of hope, regardless of how hard things are for her. | gabrielle union |

DEVIN ___ MALP
vampire - two thousand and seventy - dean

devin is the principal of the academy and he is a high ranking member of the society. he is the highest part of the vampire’s division because he is the oldest vampire in existence. he is 1648 years old. he is a big part of the society and is at the school to make sure that any of the vampires that need to feed are sent off campus to get their feed before they harm a student. he works hard at his job and loves being around all the kids, even though he is resorted to the old ways. he does have a bad-ass appearance to him though, which gives him credit with the students. in the plot, he will be nearly killed by melissa bazar and the other students who are part of the rebellion before they all leave the school. when emily rescues him, she is forced to leave the school and help him to the society, leaving matthew and the new math teacher as the only ones to defend the students against the rebellion that is moving closer. | chad murray |

THOMAS ___ WELLISH
vampire - one thousand and eight hundred - rebellion leader

it’s funny how one little slip up in the society can lead to a life time of regrets. the man that started the rebellion has three strong beliefs in his life. firstly, that he is always right. secondly, that the society is always wrong. and the last is that vampires are the supreme species. he believes firmly that he is supreme and even though his best companion is a dark angel, he still reserves the right to look down upon him. thomas is a strong character, but not one to be toiled with. he can be a complete ass within a second and won’t waste his time on anyone. he has killed many from feeding but turned them out onto another unsuspecting person and watched as they were killed and as their loved ones turned away from the society. that was when he realized the society needed to be stopped. his ultimate motive though, will always be unknown; even to those that are closest to him. he is the father of jordyn wellish and spoils her because she will be the next to rule over the rebellion. | chris pine |

RODGER ___ PETERS
dark angel - one thousand and fifty - rebellion leader

he is handsome and deeply in love with his wife. but he has poor judgement and that is how he got looped into the whole rebellion thing. in the beginning he wanted nothing to do with his friend's crazy schemes until he was sent the letter saying that he would have to do come to the society and surrender his life. that was when he realized that he couldn’t do that. he couldn’t simply stand aside and let himself be killed. so he joined his best friend and lives now with the rebellion, hiding himself from the warrant that stands over his head. in the end, he will die, but he will die a heroic death. he will die a death where he stands between his daughter and the final blow from a member of the rebellion that is attacking matthew warren. rebecca tries to help him, but is not strong enough against the rebellion. her father on the other hand, was not either, but was enough to distract the man for the final blow.

JORDYN ___ WELLISH

when it comes to friends, jordyn has the select few. she finds herself at the top of the school but never seems to be able to make the friends that dylan has been able to make. and that was where this whole terrible thing started. a jealous girl who has been spoiled her entire life does nothing but turn a child bitter and cold to those around her. jordyn’s father was the founder of the rebellion and she earned her skills from him alone. so when it came to who to frame for her freshest kills, well her biggest enemy was the perfect choice. she is the reason dylan and now jonathan are in so much trouble, and she couldn’t be happier. the biggest problem she has with dylan though? because she has had a thing for winter all of last year, and now that she is in the class, she is the center of his universe. | olivia wilde |

REBECCA ___ PETERS

rebecca peters has been used to being the second her entire life. she has never been able to live up to her father’s reputation as the co-creator of the rebellion as well as she has never been able to go to her family with many of her problems in her life. she hates being part of the rebellion but remains to be because she is scared of being shunned by her family. her newest fancy in the rebellion though has come to be matthew warren, a guardian angel and the only real reason why she regards the rebellion as something good at this point in time. rebecca is used to being let down by everyone around her and that is why she has always been placed on the dark angel side of the angel spectrum. without having the hope or love to change into a guardian angel, she has regarded this as a perfect opportunity to grow and develop into the evil creature that she has accepted herself to be. | mile kunis |

JAMES ___ WARREN

matthew is stuck in the middle between being a dark angel and a guardian angel. he hates his position in the rebellion and the only real reason why he is still in the rebellion at all is because of rebecca. to rebecca he is just a toy, but he is working on pushing himself farther into her heart. he has been working very hard for the last few months, slowly letting her get closer to him and proving himself whenever he can that he won’t hurt her. while he is in the middle, he is able to keep himself from having the harming thoughts that a dark angel does, and yet he has the strength in his powers that he will need. he has a strong hold on his powers, and while he is a part of the rebellion, he won’t be for long. he will be leaving immediately after they kill robert jones, but he will still constantly be trying to convince rebecca to leave the rebellion too. | james maslow |

ISABELLA ___ RIVERA

isabel is beautiful and she knows it. she loves to flaunt her beauty and has never been able to keep herself from a man. she is in the adolescent stage of the oldest demon’s cycle. yep, she is the oldest demon in existence, but has long since forgotten the way of the society. she is a creature who had been a part of the society before it moved to the americas. but it was when she immigrated over here that she realized this was a chance for the superior species to come out on top. she is a strong believer in the rebellion and was the first woman involved with the rebellion, the oldest too. right before she died that is and was reincarnated. but while she is a very strong woman, she gets hurt very easily and often lets herself down. her role in the plot is minor, but she is the one who delivers the final blow when robert jones is killed. she is also the leader of the rebellion during the fight that occurs at the school after the principal is attacked. | laura vandervoort |

peter devan is a happy-go-lucky kind of guy. he loves to goof off and have fun. which is why it is such a strange occurrence that he is involved with the rebellion. but the real reason why he is involved is because he hates rules. he is the one who hates to obey rules and would sooner throw his entire life away then obey rules. because of the fact that the society is such a strong and limiting factor in his life, he is very loyal to the rebellion and will be until the end. he will be one of the vampires in charge of killing some of the human students that attend the academy. while there are often things that he would usually say no to, and he does spare his best friend who happens to be human, he otherwise will not hesitate in doing what he is told. that’s the way he looks at it. he is the one who bites robert jones and frames dylan in the end and why the plot escalates as badly as it does. | alex pettyfer

james morin is a hard person to get along with, he has a strong sense of what he wants and who he is and won't let anyone get at him. but the biggest problem that he has is dylan mazani. when she came to the school at the beginning of this year, she became his goal and after he found out that she and winter were together, he was hurt. but now that winter has given her up, he is working to bring her to the rebellion, and to him. he is a strong believer in the rebellion and hates any form of society and rules. his role in the plot is to be tracked by the society and has to have a face to face with the demon who is in charge for now. he has to work to keep dylan around him and in his life. | zac efron |

DYLAN ANN MAZANI

dylan mazani, born and raised in london, moved to the big city a month ago and all ready her life has been turned upside-down. she fell in love with two men, torn between them both. but the biggest problem? she was accused of murder, along side jonathan locke, and unlike jonathan who has to walk the straight and narrow, she jumps between the rebellion and the society's sides many times. she feels helpless and lost and the two men in her life can do nothing but hurt her. what is she going to do? when will she finally be able to see where she belongs? her role in the plot is similar to jonthan's but she will have more of a rough time because she will be switching between the rebellion and the society. in the end she will choose the society, but her heart will stay with james. | selena gomez |

JONATHAN ___ LOCKE

well, when it comes to everything around him, jonathan is a strict trouble maker. he likes to get involved in things that he really shouldn’t but the one thing he has never stooped to is becoming part of the rebellion. he is racist and therefore sees vampires as the supreme species and therefore finds the fact that the rebellion is tainting perfect blood as a bad thing. but now that he is an accused, he knows that things are much darker with the rebellion then what they had originally seemed. he knew that for a very long time they were no good. but now that these things are happening he has been forced to lower himself down to the level of dylan mazani and so he has started to trust her a little more, even though he thinks she is a strange girl because he never sees her taking blood but still acts like a vampire. | shia labeouf |

this woman has been the oldest living dark angel for several long years and she is working to better the society in any way. she has two powers, a very strong dark angel and a very strict one at that. bella rose is a strange character because though she has a lot of loyalties to the society, she does believe in a few of the rules that the rebellion has put into play. she will confront dylan in secret about being spotted with wings and will get the truth out of this girl. but bella rose will fight a battle within herself on whether or not she will tell the society of the hybrid's status. | ashley greene |

JOSEPH ___ MINCH

while joseph is not actually the oldest demon in his cycles, he was given the position until isabel rivera becomes old enough to accept her duties. he will be the one who finds out that she and james are for the rebellion and is expected to stop them and kill them both. but will this man be able to? he has a strangely kind heart for a demon and could never imagine harming another person, which is why he hates his powers so much. this man is a dark man, one that hates most species other than his own. he truly belongs in the rebellion, but despises the man who runs the rebellion more than the other species. he works as the highest ranking member of the society because he likes to see others suffer. he is the one in charge of killing other species when the time comes too. he is a demon, and a dark one at that. he has never been able to throw away his angst and hatred for those around him. when it comes to joshua, he has three powers, and one of them is the ability to kill by focusing in on someone's mind. he is able to shut down the instinctive parts of the brain and cause extreme pain, or just kill them by basically turning off their brain and letting the other organs stop. | sean faris |

this man has lived many years happily with his soul-mate, serving the society in any way he can. he has a big heart and a strong mind and will always be, basically, a giant teddy bear. this man has three powers, being the oldest angel to walk this earth. he has lived for two and a half thousand years, the oldest and one of the first angels to ever set foot on this earth. he will, when the time comes, give his own life to save dylan's life. he believes strongly that everything must happen for a reason but that life is important, no matter how feeble a life form is that lives it. | david henrie |
